Had to teach these Mambas a little of the Mamba Mentality!
Warmups: Seal Claps x24 Mtn. Climbers x12 Shoulder taps x12 Dark Hillbillies x15
Played 2 Rounds of Chase the Dealer work myself and The Processor exchanging leads! Lots of burpees and merkins were done over 2 rounds. Whoever drew the card first has to carry the sandbag next round.
Followed that up with the Sandbag Challenge. Each PAX formed a circle and had to pass the sandbag underneath to the next PAX. Home Goods and The Processor lasted longest till 10 Count stole the bag. Finished with some Merry Circle.

We're over six months away from Christmas but I tried to channel my inner Ralphie when I broke out my brand-new Jerry Cans this morning. The excitement was killing me!! Instead of "You'll shoot your eye out, kid!" it was more like "You'll throw your back out Flight" as Flight Nurse tweaked some back muscles lifting them up. Here's to a quick recovery Flight!
Warm-o-rama
Seal clap x 20 Gravel pickers x 10 Imperial Walkers x 10
Mosey to the beach entrance for some serpentine action
The Thang
Circle the Wagons
At each beach access, the Pax did the below exercises while one lucky Pax carried the Jerry Cans around the Pax until they were finished.
Cleans x 5 Merkins x 10 Bear Hug Squats x 15 Skipjacks x 20
We made it through 5 rounds and threw a few sets of merkins in there along the way. I talked about some taxes with the Virginia CPA Pax and realized how much lighter I feel without a 60-pound sandbag on my shoulders.
Mosey back to the AO
Mary
Outlaws x 10 each way - I noticed that Pax tend to count very fast when they are tired Flamingos x 10 each way - and I mean very fast American Hammers x 20

Pledge and I warmed up and then made a loop around the front half of the park testing out my new GORUCK Sand Medball. We each took turns carrying the 60 pound medball while the other did high knees. We exchanged at each speed bump.
When we arrived at the pull up bars, we did a mini Murph 1 pax was the timer and had to throw the medball out 5 times and back 5 times. The other pax did 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins and 15 squats. Repeat until the timer returned. We each did 3 rounds
We continued the medball/high knees routine around goose poop island and made our way to the volleyball court.
At the volleyball court, I had another toy to test out. The cement pumpkin attached to a tow strap. Pax 1 would hook the ends of the straps to their wrists and then bear crawled to the opposite end of the volleyball court dragging the pumpkin. Then pax 1 would stand up and drag the pumpkin back to the starting point. Pax 2 did medicine ball burpees until pax 1 returned. We each did 2 full rounds. After the first round, we had an attachment failure so we ditched the strap and just bear crawl pushed the pumpkin across the court.
We moseyed back to the AO to drop off the coupons and then went to the wall by the bathrooms for some wall torture.

We started our warm up with seal claps and kept on until Wipeout made it to the circle and we were at 55. However Flight nurse thought we were going to 100, so we proceeded to finish the 100 seal claps. After warm up we ran over to the playground area behind the school and we played a game of CAT instead of HORSE to save some time. However, either I did not explain the game well or some of the guys have never play HORSE on the basketball court ????. DadBod drives nails better than shooting basketball. Wipeout makes you shoot with less dominant hand. While playing the game, we did SSH’s, LBC’s, and squats. If you got a letter in the game: C= 5 Burpees, A=10 burpees , and C=15 burpees. Flight nurse prevailed and never underestimate a lay up, just ask R2.
Next we ran around the block and rolled the dice/cube and performed an exercise at the four corners. Then ran to the beach and performed a couple rounds of BLIMPS before Flight Nurse rushed us back to the AO so he could do the Cannon Ball run and not speed on the way to the Combine.

Fuel depot and OG started off as individual workouts for the first 30 mins Both were playing w their balls… @milton asked if we wanted to combine and play w our balls together. The only thing better than playing w your balls in a small group is playing w your balls w a bigger group. So we all went over to the beach volleyball courts and got @miltons ball really sandy. And in the meantime, a few of us probably got our balls sandy as well.
Moral to this story:
Next time you are laying in your own bed playing w your balls contemplating fart sacking, there is always a chance you might have the opportunity to play with someone else’s balls if you just decide to get up and fight the fart sac!
Strong work!

I was going to continue around the loop but it started drizzling so turned around and headed back toward the AO. Along the way, Dogwood cruised by us , so we proceeded to meet up with him. Kudos to DW for making it because he had to stop and get gas along the way.
We decided to use the shelter for the rest of the workout and thanks to Bambi for having his speaker and the app to set times for a Tabata workout. We did 1 minute of each exercise with 15 seconds of rest.
I don’t remember the sequence of exercises because I made it up as we went, but we worked arms, legs, and abs. Added in some lunges, bear crawl and broad jumps too. We finished on the dot at 6:15.
